  Warranty

 

    This is 2 year warranty which starts from the moment of your purchase. The products are tested before shipment and are perfectly functional. Only minor physical scratches or imperfections due to printing process are possible which do not affect the performance. In case of malfunction all necessary support for solving the problem will be provided. In case the product has to be sent back for repair, the returning shipping cost must be paid by customer. Baffless covers shipping cost only for returning the repaired product. The warranty is valid for the product purchased not only from Baffless, but also from second hand if it is within 2 years warranty period.

   This warranty does not cover physical damage, damage inflicted by fire, water, repair or modifications to electronic parts by the customer also external cable problems.

   Shipping

  Products in stock usually ships in two days from purchase. Baffless does not sell products if they are out of stock. Shipping cost is included in the price. Shipping duration worldwide is 2 to 9 work days. Delays can occur after the shipment is made, but they are outside the sellers responsibility.   Package is registered and tracking number is provided. Shipping service provider may vary. Customs fees or any other charges for importing goods may apply for your country and will be paid by a customer.

   Baffless is not liable for any expenses occurred due to the reason of possible malfunction of the product.
